Boss 302S Wind Tunnel Testing

One of the more noteable features on the 2012 Mustang Boss 302S is the adjustable front splitter and rear wing. To prove-out their design, the Ford Racing engineers spent time in the Allen Park, Michigan wind tunnel and thermal lab measuring airflow around the car and to the cooling systems. The thermal dyno cell subjected the vehicle to temperatures up to 100F. Ford Racing assembled a short YouTube video showing some of the areas tested on the car.
