Our vision is to transform the Research & Engineering Center in Dearborn into a high-tech, efficient, forward-thinking campus for thousands of designers, engineers and product development employees.
With initial construction slated to be complete by the end of 2022, the master plan envisions an inviting, walkable campus of interconnected buildings that is open to the community and could one day house more than 20,000 employees. This campus of the future will enable Ford to speed innovation, improve collaboration and attract world-class talent.
